For Children (6-12 Years)
- Starting Dose: 1-1.5 Teaspoons (5 mL-7.5 mL) once daily

For Adults
- Starting Dose: 2-3 Teaspoons (10 mL-15 mL) once daily
- Maximum Dose: 3 Teaspoons (15 mL) twice daily
